about browser disfunctionality on my lap ?

i have an msi laptop.... with windows 7 os ........ iam unable to use any browser except the netscape navigator browser.......... when i open other browsers its not loading....... what could be the problem....... net scape navigator is an older browser its not supporting every thing..... please help me out!!!!!!

Chas4 		Are they being block by some program like a firewall or antimalware program?

Tamil 		Did you try old version of Chrome/Firefox/Opera?
