MadDogTen 		Do you mean with the Scroll Wheel on the Mouse?

If so, you will need to download this extension.

By Default it has many settings on, including letting you use the Mouse Wheel to Scroll the Tabs. You may want to configure the other settings to however you would like them.

Tamil 		To switch to the next tab:
Ctrl+Tab or Ctrl+PgDown

To switch to the previous tab:
Ctrl+Shift+Tab or Ctrl+PgUp
