Is there any way to download Opera Voice seperately?

During activation of opera voice, a file of 10.5MB is downloaded. Is it possible to download it via download manager and redistribute? share the direct link!

Or download OperaVoice.zip file, unzip to Opera installation directory & try.

Chas4 		Not that I know of, and Opera voice works with the Windows version of Opera
