How to make Opera Extension buttons visible?

When installing extensions, the buttons don't show up (like shown in the promotional videos at the right of the right side of the adress bar). Browser restart is not said to be needed and also does not change anything.

rdb 		extensions are visible right after install. I guess you messed up something. try to have a fresh beta install.

Darklink88 		Some extensions doesn't have a button 'cause they work in the background. Check if yours is one of those

Have you tried resetting toolbars? I did not (too lazy)?

Tamil 		Buttons should apper after installing extension. Which extensions did you install?

for example: the design mode-Button, the opera configurator and so on.

they do SHOW up, but only if I right click on the adress bar, choose reset to defaults (then I have to remove this ugly search field).

But when restarting the browser, the buttons are gone again. (same procedure as above to get them back...)
