Ichann 		I have (for the first time)recently fully (Windows does not exist on my partition anymorz) switched to Linux and am getting used to the gist of things.

Windows:

Chrome and Opera

Zune player , media player, Media Center, BOXEE, VLAN player, (some really nice player that took advantage of NVIDIA pure video started with an S)

Windows Live mail, Messenger,

Tune Up utilities

Aulogics (disk defrag, registry fix),Recuva, CCleaner

ESET NOD32, Walware Bytes, Super antispyware, SPybot S and D

rainmeter, rainlender, rocket dock

OFFICE

Virtual Box

GIMP

Ashampoo Burning something

Daemon Tools to Virtual sheep thingy (from the guys that make any dvd)

UTORRENT

emulator pack (had visual boy, desume,) , PCSX2, Dolphin

Power Archiver

....and a ton of other S#!T I didn't need.

Well since I am not using Windows anymore, I do not know how much of this post is still relevant.

But the zune player is awesome compared to say iTunes.

Apart from that.... I like Pidgin and Trillian for chatting (Trillian has better UI, but Pidgin is more Jabber-ish).
